The importance of being compliant with local laws and regulations is steadily increasing in today’s international working environment. HR Professionals with an international background often struggle with the Swiss way of handling HR issues as the local approach can differ substantially in particular from what is acceptable in a common law environment. Still, being compliant with local law is crucial as most local employment contracts are subject to Swiss Law.
The objective of this interactive training is to enhance sensitivity of international HR Professionals and Line Mangers to the cultural and legal different ways of dealing with Labour Law issues in Switzerland. It is about simplifying and explaining many of the differences to other legal and regulatory frameworks and helping to better manage legal and in particular reputational risks in the future.
