Plus de détails
The People Experience Conference Geneva returns for its second edition on 6 November 2026, bringing senior HR leaders together for a deliberately intimate day of practical insight and honest peer exchange. Rather than polished narratives, the conference is built around real conversations on what is working, what is breaking, and what the business actually needs from HR right now.
Over the course of the day, delegates will hear case studies and frameworks from HR leaders shaping workforce, culture, and leadership inside some of the world’s most recognised organisations, including Google, Merck, Disneyland Paris, Zurich Insurance, Continental, Mars, Ecolab, Campari Group, SHL Medical, SIG, Hero Schweiz, Novelia and Happy at Work.
Four Conference Tracks
- Learning, Skills & AI Transformation — redesigning L&D, building enterprise AI literacy, and turning generative AI into everyday HR value.
- Culture, Trust & Employee Voice — employee advocacy, listening at scale, and connecting engagement data to performance.
- Transformation, Leadership & Operating Models — leading workforce restructuring, restoring accountability, and what CEOs actually expect from HR.
- Future of Work, Talent & What’s Next — the new employer-employee deal, building resilient leaders, and where Swiss talent is moving in 2026.
