Prof. Dr. phil. Mathias Schüz studierte Physik, Philosophie und Pädagogik, war fast 20 Jahre in Grossunternehmen tätig und ist nun Professor für Responsible Leadership am Zentrum für Human Capital Management an der School of Management and Law (ZHAW).
