Your responsibilities
Responsibility for timely recruitment of different roles (engineering, interns, back-office roles) mainly based in Switzerland
Responsible for the entire recruitment process of assigned searches
Organisation of elements of the recruitment process (scheduling, candidate communication etc.)
Advising internal stakeholders on the definition of suitable recruitment strategies, channels, and sources
Active Sourcing where needed
Close collaboration with local HR Business Partner and global Talent Acquisition team
Support on Employer Branding initiatives in Switzerland
